Excellent hotel!
Excellent hotel! Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. Restaurant is not to expensive but quality of food is very good. Hotel has an additional restaurant, piano bar, & a nice looking sports bar. Rooms are big and clean with a modern great looking bathroom. Great location in the center of the reforma surrounded by restaurants, banks, & a pharmacy. Hotel has its own shuttle service to take u anywhere in the city for a small fee. Plenty of security makes you feel safe. But the best part of this hotel is the price. Very affordable for great service and good looking hotel. Highly recommended

Dirty, smelly, poor customer service and old
Old hotel, that once was glorious now in ruins. It smell like sewage and smoke,  the towels a paper thin and by hotel policy then can only give you two, because they are "washing them". We literally had to call daily to request towels. FYI bring your own towel. To top it off it's located to a government building and there are almost daily  The last night I had a balance of 4 dollars and they lock me out of the room in am attempt to collect, without giving me a call first (like normal customer service calls for) . They try to pretend it's a good hotel, people are for the majority, except management, however it just doesn't work anymore. Don't waste your money here. I wish I knew how bad it was ahead of time. I trusted the reviews and they don't reflect the condition of this place.
