    I went to my. Ar to get some stuff and the night clerk was very rude when I was going back to my room, I understand they can’t let anyone in but he treated me and my wife like we were stealing something.

    One night stay.

    The room was fine and clean. There wasn’t breakfast available and was disappointing for my grandson. Pool was also closed. Services need to return. Otherwise all good for a one night stay.

    Lacking Quality Staff and Concern for Guest.

    We received a call from the front desk at 3:30 AM stating that our room had a leak and to open the door, cold water was coming from a pipe in the bathroom and was up to my ankles. Our bags were soaked along with our clothes. The front desk worker turned off the water and walked out of the room without saying a word to us, I called the office asking what we should do and he stated he was outside our door if I wanted to talk to him. He then used a wet dry vacuum outside our door for over an hour. We were offered a room at 5:30 AM at which time we were offered 50 percent off our room for the inconvenience.

    Air Conditioning in room did not work!

    The experience was not spectacular. The bed was comfortable, the infrastructure needs work. Plaster in the bathroom was pealing around the door. The air conditioning was climate control and did not work. No breakfast, no pool, no hot tub (Pandemic, I guess). No frills, bells and whistles. I would choose another hotel my next stay in Merriville, Indiana.

    The window in room 109 didnt have locks on it. There was a stick holding it closed. But someone still could open it and climb into the room. I had to wedge a pill bottle in it to jam it closed. There were stains on the bedspread that would come out if they washed it. The table by the bed had something sticky on it. So the room wasn't wiped down. The fridge was thumping all night. I didnt feel safe leaving my room until I checked out. Won't recommend to anyone.
