Our stay is always very pleasant. We've always chosen this particular hotel because its close to family an added plus. My only complaint is the mattresses are too soft. I prefer a more firm mattress. Its one of the cleanest hotels ive been in.

We didn’t feel safe and the lock wasn’t working properly. The fan in bathroom sounded like a jet airplane and bathtub was gross we didn’t get showers

Clean room! Only 3 pillows on a king size bed. Bathroom is very small. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor very well.

The pool was closed which made this a waste of my money. I wasnt informed until after i checked in and i had to ask for myself. I feel like since its listed they should at least inform guests prior to checking in. The guest laundry was broken & the way it was wired to the outlet was unsafe for everyone. The furniture was old & trashy looking. I killed numerous roaches throughout the night. I was accused of having a cat present in my room when I checked out which I gladly invited him to check my vehicle to prove they were wrong. The sheets had very visible stains & the shower curtain had mold. Will never stay here again!
