      Will not be staying at this hotel again for future

      Very disappointing as to the fact there was supposed to be breakfast served and the pool was not open, totally understand breakfast buffet due to Covid would not be there for breakfast sandwiches and donuts could have been supplied. As far as freshening up the room you had to give them a 24 hour notice. Tried to get in touch with Hotels.com three times was on hold for four hours or longer and never got a response!!!

      Disappointed

      The ease of getting from the airport to the hotel was great, the customer service was fine The hotel is still advertising breakfast, I know other LaQuinta’s are offering a bag breakfast since full service is not an option due to Covid... I realize the staff may have been affected by the current conditions in our country but the room was not cleaned well, there was hair stuck to the wall in the shower, the shelving in the closet is starting to rust, the dresser drawers opened repeatedly once opened, the recliner was comfortable but was taped on the side and the carpet definitely could have been cleaned better or replaced....the entire hotel decor needs to be updated....the hotel is dark and needs a full renovation....we arrived after 11pm and we were tired and in no mood to look elsewhere, as previously noted by another consumer it worked for the night but not up my expectations of a quality hotel such as La Quinta’s

      This was a good experience. Check in took a bit but then everyone was checking in at the same time. No early check ins😊. Room was clean. They do not serve breakfast so be prepared. There was hair in the bathroom tub and on floor but that was it.

      The bed sheets seemed dirty, with blood stains. Overall nasty!! Bedroom floors were stained and hallways were in desperate need of good vacuum.

      Dump near the airport

      Nope Don't do it, Rooms are old, falling apart, AC doesn't work, Wifi Doesn't work, elevators don't work, Front Desk is rude, Saw another guest having to clean there own AC unit filters and they were solid black steer clear of the DUMP

      Overall it was an ok place to stay. The term you get what you pay for comes to mind. The people at front desk were very rude during check in and took forever to have our room cleaned.

      No. Don’t do it.

      Hotel is run down. Carpets in room are dirty. Disgusting and dirty bathroom (mold in shower and on floors, stains in tub, cigarette burn and some kind of nasty black stain on toilet seat, sticky floors). The worst part is that the bed linens have obvious stains on them, including a red stain that looked like blood on the sheets in my son’s bed... and we had to change the sheets ourselves, without an offer of an apology for the nastiness! Have experienced one very nice employee and one who was worse than rude (especially because she was frustrated when an error occurred because of their entire check-in system being down!). Oh... and the pool is closed because of COVID, no breakfast because of COVID (website does not indicate this), and no housekeeping because of COVID (you have to request 24 hours in advance?). And they refuse to help people without masks on, but stand in the office with their mask around their chin. This place doesn’t deserve any of the positive reviews it has received which made me choose to stay here. Hotels.com needs to look into changing the listing because the amenities listed are incorrect.
