It was very pleasant. Only complaint is that they did away with the complimentary tea and scones and wine tasting. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the spa is always a restful and rejuvenating experience.

The service overall was great. The spa was terrific, although we did not like the fact that we had to share blankets with other people in the relaxation room. Our room had some challenges - a light over the sink that did not work, and the bathroom door knob did not work so that one of us got momentarily stuck in the bathroom. Fortunately, the maintenance people took care of both situations. The sink, however, was too small, too low, and did not have any shelf space. While the service in Kensington's was great, we felt that the food quality did not live up to the prices.
