good hotel, but was not perfect this time
this was second time i stayed as i really like the hotel, clean, new, breakfast included and close to town centre. this time, i have left "please house keep" sign out when we go out (before 10am) and came back around 4pm, but the room was not made. my son was unwell, so i got clean towels from people cleaning room on the floor. my stay was done by 2 bookIngs as there was no free cancellation option on sun. so they may not realised we are staying another night. but i did contacted them in advance to let us stay same room and the second night was paid when we checked in. apart from this, still best hotel in queenstown for the price range.

After reviewing many hotels options in Queenstown we selected the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. So glad we did as from the time we arrived and the time we departed the whole experience was one to remember. Excellent service from all the team there who were always smiling. Room was spacious and had a great view over the lake. It had all the facilities we need and was very clean. Bed was big and very comfortable. Restaurant was quite a surprise with the cooked breakfast and being able to dine in. Overall an excellent place to stay and is so close to town center about 5-10 min walk. Would most certainly return.

A great new place to stay in at Queenstown.
A new hotel with friendly and approachable staff and pretty much only 10 mins walk to most things in Queenstown. We found our rooms to be quiet and that’s a must as sleep at most hotels can be difficult, The hotel also just moved to a buffet breakfast and that was a nice added benefit.
