Traveling north
Bella the receptionist was very inviting and nice. We had a surprise $50 non refundable charge for our 2 dogs which Hotels.com did not tell us. In light of that, we probably would have picked another hotel. Our stay went from $150 to $200 a night. Very disconcerting. It’s not the hotel’s fault but Hotels.com.
