The hotel was a very unique layout, the beds were very comfortable, but the ventilation system was so loud in one of the bedrooms, that it sounded like we were in a wind tunnel. Breakfast was yummy and staff were nice. Parking is Valet ONLY for $40-$50 per day, we were fortunate to find Street parking every day.

Absolutely best staff. Miss V, Heaven, and Toi were the best. Always a happy group that made you feel at home when on the property. So nice to see a company allow your staff to interact with customers who made you feel welcome. The courtyard was so nice to come back after a long day of conferences and chill. Rooms were amazing, well kept up and quiet Breakfast was plentiful and so many choices if you left hungry that was your own fault. We could not stop bragging about what we all had compared to others at the conference. You made us 4 from Wisconsin fans of your hotel and the city. Thank you for a great expierence your advice on local, out of the ordinary places to visit and your awesome hospitality. If we ever come back to your area we know where we will be staying.

Clean and well kept premises, close to convention hall and comfortable. The refrigerator in the room would suddenly make a loud persistent noise and I had to turn it off. I informed the young lady at the reception and she just returned a blank look. Nothing was done. Very strange?
