Our stay
The host, Brad, was very responsive and quick to show up when we needed assistance. New mattresses would be beneficial, because the ones there were a soft and little lumpy. There was a lot of construction happening around the house. It was very loud and dusty. Our travel accommodation needs were met at a great price.

The property owner was very responsive and was able to let us check in early on our arrival. He was there whenever there was a question or concern. I will definitely do business with him again. We are fairly frequent travelers to this area due to our family being up here so it is nice to find someplace to stay that can make travelling feel a little more like home.

Home away from home
My brother and GF came from California. Mom and aunt came from Texas. Myself and husband are in Le Mars. Niece with my brother's grandkids in sioux city. This house allowed us to all be together, comfortably, without having to go out much since we had eldery, high risk for covid family with us. It was sooooooo nice to have room to visit, be able to cook meals together and just enjoy our vacation. We could not have had an equally pleasurable experience in a hotel. This really was a home away from home and we were so thankful for it. Brad was great. Very responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

Our trip to Iowa
Brad was a great home owner. He checked in with us, and wanted to make sure that everything was fine. The house was clean, quiet, and a perfect fit for my family trip. The beds were comfortable. The hidden bathroom made us smile. We enjoyed our stay at the white house.
