4/10 Fair

Very upset
The first night that we stayed at the hotel, our room wash musty and it smelled like cigarettes! The AC in the room was not working and we were told we would get a partial refund on our first night stay. I haven’t heard anything in regards to the partial refund.

6/10 Good

This hotel charged over 400.00 for a 1 night stay in a teeny little room, w/ a bathroom so small you could barely turn around. They wouldnt validate parking so had to pay another 50 bucks next door to a parking garage for parking. Then, to make the visit even better, they charged over 300.00 EXTRA to my cc i gave them for incidentals. We did not violate anything, smoke in room, absolutely no reason for the charge. They did not mention it, nor have they ever answered the phone for me to inquire/complain and have it corrected. Ice finally had to call my cc company and report the fraudulent charge. Def do not recommend. Decent on cleanliness...otherwise the whole experience sucked.

Do not recommend
The bath tube was dirty. The things advertised on here were not available. Bar was closed all three days we were there. I asked the front desk for something an they literally told me to walk down a block an ask another hotel to compensate

8/10 Very good

Hidden gem in the middle of downtown Seattle. Wonderful front desk staff. Could have a few more amenities in the room, but would definitely stay there again!

6/10 Good

Will try to avoid in the future.
Water pressure in the bathroom sink was nonexistent and extremely hot. In order to brush my teeth, I had to use a bottle of water. The toilet handle had to be held in order to flush properly and it leaked. Despite staying during a "prime" time, the price paid for this stay was way too expensive. I had previously stayed here before the "remodel" and during ComicCon; the stay was much better then and half the price of my current stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in. I wish I had gotten her name.....

Great staff but rundown hotel.
Carpet smelled, hotel was run down. Coffee machine was broke, half the electrical outlets did not work. Ice machine in hall was broke.

Depressed in seattle
Depressing. Nothing on the walls but nails and screws from where all the art work used to be. Legit nothing else.
