Great Hotel
Fantastic hotel, staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Everything was pristine and the room was really comfortable. We had a room with a terrace and jacuzzi which made it feel really special. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Porto.

This property was listed as 5 *it was beautiful but the staff let it down and there seemed to be no one in charge and no communication ? We arrived at 2pm and were told we were not allowed to check in until 4 ..but if we used the pool someone would come and get us if they cleaned the room quicker …I’d still be waiting if I relied upon them ! At 430 we went back to enquire if the room might be ready ? Different staff on now and equally miserable and seemed suprised we hadn’t been given our room ? A great room but no fridge and a coffee machine with dirty pods in …and bathroom scales that didn’t work ! After driving from London 6 days previously we were getting into how hotels treat guests! The staff on the supposed snack bar had no menu or price lists and only 3 items which were relayed back ..2 burgers with crisps and spicy prawns On a plus the breakfast was great and overall it has the potential to be amazing …I run a business myself with 28 staff and my friend works in finance ….we could see how much better it could be!

Seven Night Leisure Stay In Late May 2023
A clean, comfortable and convenient hotel well located for transfer to and from the airport by Metro, and accessing central Porto by foot and further afield by bus and Metro. Bed and waterfall shower were excellent, and extensive buffet breakfast was more than adequate for a day on the town. If staying for a reasonable period of time ensure you are given a room with suitable wardrobe space. The first room we were given hadn't and the second room suffered from construction noise from work next door, but fortunately usually when we were out sightseeing.
