    Surgery in a Covid time

    Who said I was coming down to Toronto was for surgery yes even during the time of Covid the hospital was very close and this was an extremely convenient Hotel The staff at the front desk was simply so helpful so nice and so thoughtful that this is now going to be our hotel when we come into Toronto

    The windows were filthy and someone applied Halloween decals to the windows that I removed. The windows were draftee and even with the curtains closed and the heat turned high I felt cold. There was no house coats, blow dryer, kettle or coffee make due to Covid I assume. My key stopped working on my second day and that was an inconvenience running back and forth to the front desk from the 14th floor. I had stayed here in June and had house coats provided and I can only assume I didn’t have them this time because I used Expedia to save a hundred bucks. This room wasn’t as nice as my previous room and I will again assume it’s because I used a booking site and didn’t book directly with the motel.

    It is a very comfortable, clean and nice hotel, downtown, close to everything. The staff was fast and efficient. I just missed a coffee machine inside, however, there are lots of coffee shops nearby.
