Beautiful property, with everything you'd expect from a luxury hotel. I love staying here. Right on the beach, with other dining options close by. Always clean and spacious rooms. Always enjoy staying here. The staff's not always the friendliest or easy to deal with.

COVID equals uncleaned rooms
While COVID made it to where we did not get maid service, the room was very dusty and did not look freshly cleaned at all upon check in. The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and the bathtub had someone else's hair. For a resort of this caliber, I had expected more.

Great views and friendly staff
Very nice and clean resort with magnificent views of the gulf. Front desk was very friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.
