Hotel and staff was fine . The room and location was great. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Scrambled egg and sausage sandwiches only , no bagels or muffins no fruit or yogurt no waffles. I enjoyed the toast juice and coffee. A few more options would have been better.

Overall, a decent stay, but definitely lacking for the price. Kids loved the waterpark package, although it is a hike down the block and through a different hotel/skywalk to get there. The rooms are 'renovated', meaning they have fresh paint and fixtures; however, one of the bed frames was broken and sticking out (major safety hazard) - we adjusted it ourselves as opposed to notifying staff. The ceiling in the 3rd floor hallway was caving in a leaking, there was evidence of water damage all over the hallways/windows etc. The pool is quite small and the breakfast was 1 egg mcmuffin type sandwich per person and some cereal/toast. The staff was wonderful and friendly.

The shower was not great. Only half of the shower had an immovable glass cover, so I was very cold anytime I had to step out of the water stream. The one directly overhead showerhead was not invented for people with lots of hair or anyone who needs to shave!! Breakfast was ok. Pool seemed like the kids liked it. Staff was great!

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was excellent and close to everything we needed. Free parking was a huge bonus and made our trip much more convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The only areas for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could work a bit better, and the elevator situation. Only one elevator was operating during our stay, which made wait times longer than expected. Despite those minor issues, we would stay here again and would recommend it to other travellers.
