Comfortable room although a very small bathroom - the shower though was good. Great location, halfway between the station and the castle with the main shopping street at the end of the square.

Shocking customer service.
When we got to hotel the receptionist was as much use as a chocolate fire guard as our car which was an SUV with a top box measuring 2.5m tall was unable to get into underground car park. She put her hands in the air and said that we would have to park it on the main road outside the hotel which was a very busy road. The car alone was worth £50,000 and all our luggage etc was either in the top box or packed in the back open to passers by and a prime target for vehicle theft. On checking in and finding all this out, we went and booked and stayed in a Campanile which cost us over €150. We cannot comment on the rooms of the hotel as we didn’t get passed the front door.

Great location but noisy
Convenient position and lovely breakfast. Request a room at the back as the main road is very busy and loud. No spare pillows and only 1 towel each. Tea and coffee facilities in reception only.

Good hotel - Staff accommodating and spoke great English. Rooms adequate for a city break. Only minor downside was that I'd like more plug sockets as only one in the room. Would stay again.
