Really happy with our stay at Gracelands.
Gracelands Guest House is centrally placed with good parking facilities. Although our room was on the small size it was more than adequate for our needs. It provided good old fashioned accommodation, comfy bed, a good nights sleep and a good breakfast. Host Natasha was just lovely and we would like to thank her for going above and beyond.

Very attractive looking building, unlike your usual Guest House, and this impression was maintained once we went in. The hosts, Natasha and Dave, were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much much trouble for either of them. Our en-suite room was very clean and comfortable, with a view of Blackpool Tower which is literally a five minute walk away. Lovely freshly cooked full English breakfast- very filling, we didn't eat again until 8pm! There is some on-site parking, and plenty nearby. We only visit Blackpool 2/3 times a year, but will definitely be staying here in the future.

Very friendly hosts and great location within Blackpool. If you're looking for a place to leave your bags while you experience the Town, this is certainly the place to stay. Thank you Dave and Natasha! Also, the breakfast was great! Cereal, Hot and cold drinks, toast and a full eng... you can't complain!

Fantastic location and very friendly hosts really made me feel welcome. I didn't realise there was no en-suite shower and toilet facilities (and take your own shower gel), but apart from that very good stay :-)

Gothic like Lord Byron!
Loved the fact the property was gothic as a building and nice room and nice staff . Only two negatives were the toilet could do with a grab rail as I've arthritis as an invisible disability and the breakfast served was lovely but 9 am was really late for a breakfast for me as I'm usually up at 6am most days as like to be up, out and enjoying my day before the crowds become a pain to deal with. Bonus was the B&B is LGBTQI+ friendly so you can just check in and relax Love retro and the B+B has a 1950's feel
