Lovely hotel, shame about the parking.
Lovely hotel - very well presented, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Only thing I can complain about is the parking. Where were the blue badge spaces? There weren’t any! They seemed to have been turned into electric charging spaces. We were attending a Downs Syndrome Ball so, potentially, lots of blue badge users.

It’s okay at best
The stay was okay. Staff were great however the beds are incredibly hard. The duvet is thin and the pillows are awful. They look massive but as soon as you lay on them they go flat. Random card charges throughout the weekend with no explanation. When we got our breakfast. Staff asked us if we wanted water. We said yes. They left and never returned. So we never got it.

We booked for 2 nites from 31st January. We only stayed 1 nite as we were in an adjoining room where there were young kids so we heard them. During the nite and first thing we did not sleep great at all. We were offered an upgrade but as we didn’t sleep we wanted to just come home. Reception staff were great and refunded all money. What I was disappointed at was for the price we paid there were no extras in the room and on top of room rate we had to pay for parking. But it won’t stop us going back will just make sure it’s not adjoining room. But definitely rate staff very helpful
