Cute, comfy hotel
When I read the previous reviews, I was apprehensive about my choice for a two day stay. No worries. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner did work, I actually was a little on the chilly side. Watch out for the water, might be a little too hot. I had one issue that was addressed to my satisfaction. The manager came to assist and is a delightful veteran. He listened and was very attentive to my needs as a patron. All the staff was polite and sweet. Can't speak to the food since I sleep late, but the hot drink bar was available 24 hours and helped me stay awake through the night to get my homework turned in. By the way, love the desk and chair. 🤓 I look forward to staying next time I am in Memphis.

Disappointed
We had a handicap room. Had to move dresser to get wheelchair to bed which meant i had to climb over my side of bed to get to nightstand. No fridge for meds. No microwave Bed not like a hampton we are used to. Check in associate was very polite and nice. Not disappointed in him at all

The worst hotel service ever
First, there was a dog smell by the hotel elevators! Second, the third floor had no air on the hallway! And thirdly, my rooms air conditioner did not work! I woke up in a puddle of sweat! So I checked out as soon as awaken and got dress! The coffee was cold! And the hotel lobby was sketchy at night! I will NEVER stay again!

Sadly this hotel is one of the worst Hilton’s I think I have stayed at. the pool was green, no hot tub, outlets don’t work in the bathroom, sheets have stains on them, coffee was cold, they don’t have a refrigerator, the ice machines were broke on floor one and two so we had to go to a different floor to get ice. Just a much different experience at this hotel than the other ones. :/
