Pretty good stay
We had a good experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and had breakfast the next morning. The room was great overall. Bathroom tile was a bit dirty though. Breakfast was mostly carbs that morning except for mixed fruit, slice of ham, and cheese. I wish there was more protein. Near the lobby is a children's play area my less than 2yr old enjoyed plenty.

ive stayed at this hotel numerous times and NEVER had a problem i had a late check-in everything was pleasant as usual i park and the first thing i see is a couple doing drugs starting at me(i got this uneasy feeling an hoping my car isn't broken into) i get my things head to my room i walk in an noticed the clock was unplugged an one of the beds was dirty but the other was clean..its 130 an all i wanted was a shower but no shampoo or conditioner bodywash nothing( Every other time I stayed there was a shower caddy full of that stuff there was mold in the shower. I go to turm on the shower and adjust it and the whole damn Heavy Metal shower pipe disconnected from the wall and fell right on me..need less to say i wont be going back for awhile or if all

This was our second stay here. Staff was polite and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with fruit, waffles and oatmeal. On the weekend they added eggs and sausage. They also had sandwiches available which guests could take for later in the day. We stayed for 3 days and had some ice blocks for our cooler which, of course, thawed. The breakfast service staff put the cold packs in the freezer for us. We will certainly return to this hotel.

Everything was great, but I would have rather seen a shower chair in the roll-in shower, instead of a shower seat. The seat wobbled, and made me afraid I'd fall, so I ended up sponge-bathing. Also, and this seems to be a trend, but the beds are too high. If I didn't have my girls with me, I would have had to sleep on the desk chair somehow. I hate high beds! Check-in was smooth, and we had no reason to talk to the front desk, so I can't judge their customer service.

Do not stay! This hotel is in a terrible part of Kissimmee, we stayed for two nights and during this time my truck was broken into, every day we saw police cars knocking on peoples doors, the on-site security is a joke. The hotel itself was nice but it’s the area, stay away!
