Great charming hotel
This is a charming older hotel. Some wear on carpeting, otherwise just fine. The location to nord train station is great for day trips and metro is just down the street also. The immediate area isn’t great but walking distance to everything. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and very comfortable. We would definitely book this again in Brussels

Generally a Lovely hotel - great location- shame the double bed was 2 singles pushed together so a great big ridge in the middle - bf ok - part of our stay but would not have been so impressed if we’d paid €30 pp- queue for coffee - as said was nice but at that charge you’d expect better / bar for pre/post dinner drinks was lovely

one of the staff was laughing whenever we speak to her and talking to her colleague which was very rude. Every time we go out we have to pass by the reception to rescan the card as it will not open the room door. It did not appear to be a 5 stars hotel to me.
