Shelborne South Beach

King room booked but was not available on check in Given a room with 2 double beds next to elevator so had to move rooms On check out no staff in attendance and when she arrived was eating and had an unpleasant attitude

Had an excellent stay, weather was terrible, oh well, people in hotel were friendly, pool was great, beach workers were excellent and helpful

We booked an oceanview room with balcony and we got a side partial ocean view room with a terrace but the terrace was dirty and had dirty plastic cups on for our 5 day stay, we asked for the room we paid for and was told the hotel was full to capacity. We asked for cushions to put on the chairs and on the 3rd day we got them. We asked everyday for decaf coffee, no luck on that score, and you could not get a sunbed round the pool at all the 5 days we were there.

Front desk needs to be complimented. Room bill issue was handled quickly and professionally Elevator issues. Needed to take the stairs to the 10th on one occasion. But that was good exercise. Great location on the beach. Will return

Great hotel but disappointed by the additional charges. On the Hotels.com app it suggests that all the taxes are paid for but our final bill was a lot more than the quoted room rate
