Beautiful hotel and amazing key card packet that gives you all the best places to go in the city and how far you are from them. The restaurant and lobby bar are AMAZING! Great cocktails and phenomenal menu

Check in could have been better but after a young lady by the name of Monica at the front desk saved the day and made sure our stay was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t check out earlier.. The second room was very nice and the staff was amazing except the young man that first checked us into a no so pleasant room ..

Overall a very clean and nice hotel. The rooms are small but that didn't bother us. The beds were OK but as with a lot of hotels, the pillows were not very comfortable. The bar had a cool vibe and the restaurant in the hotel (Bishop) was great as well. Check-in was a bit slow due to the small area and only one agent working at the desk. Very new hotel and hopefully will maintain the cleanliness it has now.

The hotel itself is very charming and very “hip”. It was also very clean. The room was rather small, but it served it’s purpose. I don’t know how comfortable I would have been had we had an extended stay. Bed was comfy but we were facing a large window and the tv was on the wall to the right of the bed. So no laying in bed while watching tv if that’s what you’re into. They also didn’t have a microwave or an iron (if anyone cares) but they did have a steamer. Didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant but it was lively. Fitness center had great workout equipment and was also very clean You do have to pay for parking per night. I must’ve missed that because it came as a surprise to me. Overall good stay.

It was great to stay in this brand new hotel that used to be the old Amtrak station. The bathroom and living/bedroom areas are extremely spacious. Everything was nice and clean too. The location is also easily walkable to many different attractions and places to eat.

Great place to stay! Very modern and hip. We’ve stayed in most of the upper end hotels in Memphis and this ranks right up there with any of them. Will stay here again.

This hotel is beautifully designed and in a great location. The main entrance is a bit hard to find because the GPS doesn’t lead you to the ramp but otherwise it was great.
