INFESTED
The room was utterly disgusting. There were rock-hard pillow, burn holes in the bedding, broken lights, broken phone (unable to even call the front desk), missing fridge, missing smoke detector, rusty and jagged holes in the bathtub, and an ant infestation that made it impossible to eat or sleep comfortably. The water shut off to the whole building in the midst of getting ready our first morning without warning or explanation. I'm worried about what bugs we might not have seen! ICK!
