Nightmare
It was one of the most overrated hotels. Service was horrendous to say the least. From beginning when I’ve checked in the bellboy saw that I was a petite girl carrying two human size luggage’s and a carry on, he didn’t even offer to press the button for the elevator for me. Just stared and walked away. I’ve put in a simple request to have my bed sheets changed everyday and they’ve confirmed it will be done. But that’s not the case. I come back from a long day of work to find that they weren’t changed and I only know this because I’ve marked the pillowcases and sheets. They’ve apologized and promised it won’t happen again. But I come back the next day to find the same thing happening! Theres a reason why I chose a reputable hotel. I trusted that they uphold a certain set of standards so that I wouldn’t have to stress or worry about my room at the end of a long work day. That’s not the worst part. I also saw that drawers were opened and my luggage lock combo tampered with. I then asked the manager under what circumstance would the cleaner open them. He told me they clean the drawers but why would a cleaner dust inside the drawers when she can’t even do a Simple task that was requested which was to change the bed sheets? I then asked him about my luggage combo. I never claimed anything was stolen because everything was locked up but they should’ve taken what happened seriously. All he said was I can’t really prove it. But I have nothing to gain from this. Overall worst hotel

We booked the king room on the crown service floor, we didn’t realize that our breakfast that was included was in the club lounge, and ended up going for breakfast and having to pay for it. We wish we had of been explained a little better of what was included in our room, we got charged for the wine, and water. And our parking as well. Overall though we had a great time, the hotel was really nice !

Wonderful hotel in city centre
This hotel is in the middle of the business district and is connected by a tunnel and pedways to many shopping and office buildings as well as the waterfront casino which makes it a perfect place to stay especially in the winter. It has one of the best restaurants in the city on site. The outdoor terrace is s nice garden that looks over the harbour and the view from any side of the building is lovely. Rooms are gracious and beds are comfortable with premium bedding. Pool and hot tub are very nice too and there is a sauna as well. We love this hotel.

Nice Hotel, Great Bed, Fast Wi-Fi, Only downside was room service in the morning, French Toast was dry, even when drowned in syrup, and the 'home' fries which are supposed to be small square baked pieces of potatoes, were just regular french fries, like what the heck...even McDonald's doesn't sell french fries with breakfast, no one wants that s*it. so stay here for sure, but skip the room service, not worth the money at all. $50 for dry french toast and french fries...like c'mon man, step that room service quality up.

we were only there for 10 hours as we came in late and left early so we really can't give a fair review.we were just in town to do a university tour with our daughter. I did think the parking was high for the night 24.95 plus tax.
