Perfect location
It’s a new hotel, that is why so few reviews. Location is perfect! Only place that offered a free breakfast with the stay. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent location and service in the old city
We were surprised by the careful attention given to us by the owners and staff of Shirvanshah Hotel. The hotel is very responsive and answered our request for airport shuttle service within 10 minutes. From the moment we stepped in the door, the staff did their best to accomodate our special requests, even preparing an after-hours dinner in a beautiful rooftop restaurant. The room was excellent and the hotel is located in the historic district very close to restaurants and the Icherisheher metro station that will drop you off near the cultural centers of Baku.
