Beautiful Singapore
The staff were very Friendly and helpful specially Velu He gave tips on sites to see and arrange tickets at reduced rates. Recommend the breakfast. Fantastic buffet to set you up for the day.

We first checked in a room on the sixth floor. The entire hall way of the sixth floor smelt like just finished a new paint, which make me dizzy. Inside our room, the A/C system siting on the ceiling leaks. The closet door frame was dripping, the ceiling was dripping, the wall was weeping with a big bubble of a size 2 inch x 4 inch. The wall power outlets were wet. We dared not to use them. The floor carpet was wet. We stayed to about 1:30 am and couldn't tolerate anymore, so we demanded to change to another the room. The staff members were apologetic and upgraded us to a better room on the 14 th floor. The new room was better, but the hallway of 14th floor smelt heavily with durian fruit odor. This hotel is dated in the lower floors.

Hotel in good location.
Chosen for location, it was a short walk to the excellent underground system and to various malls. However, although clean & adequate, the hotel was definitely dated. The lifts were very slow. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Fantastic hotel, excellent service
Had a lovely 7 night stay at Grand Pacific Hotel during the Christmas holidays. The rooms are a good size, bathrooms have a proper bathtub and the beds are super comfortable. The whole hotel smells wonderful and the breakfast buffet offers a very wide range of international and Asian food and was delicious. A very special thank you to Velu, who not only helped us with directions and recommendations, but also getting tickets for the MRT and Gardens by the Bay. He was always friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the city and really made our stay memorable!
