absolutely nice
Very nice place and good breakfast too. Only thing I missed was bacon and that you could order an omelette. BUT Really nice with fresh pressed carrot,appel and/or beetroot juice.

Would stay here again
The small, single-bed room was suitable for my 3-night stay. The room faced low-rise flats, a church and distant cranes, not the old town. The staff were friendly and polite in their own Polish style, so not full of fake smiles. The breakfast was good. The location is good for the railway station, the 210 airport bus stop outside the station and the old town/waterfront. It's what you should expect from a northern/central European 4-star hotel.

Highly recommended
We stayed at room on 16th floor , the view was breathtaking. The room was very clean with lots complementary drinks : water , soda ,tea and coffee. Receptionist Patrycja checked us in she was a gem ! Helped us with earlier check in and was very friendly . Also the bartender was amazing ,as needed a hot milk for my daughter. The place itself looks very glamorous but staff is just amazing .

Fairly average chain hotel. Cost to check in 90 mins early was £20 even though our room was ready. Breakfast very expensive. All in all acceptable but unexceptional.

This property is ideally situated for all the central attractions in Gdansk. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Their standard of professionalism was very high. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would be very happy to recommend it to others.

Decent
Lovely hotel 10 min walk from the main part of old town . Rooms were clean and comfortable but just way too warm. As there was a clock tower close by it wasn’t possible to have the window open as it chimed from 6am
