Friendly staff can't make up for bad hotel design
Small and pretty outside, clean inside, and friendly staff... But: The parking is really bad. Don't come here if you have anything bigger than a 4-door sedan. We had trouble finding a spot big enough to fit our minivan because most, if not all spaces were compact and one bad parker squeezed the last spot. But #2: the A/C could only blow into the curtains above it so no one in the room could feel it except whoever was sleeping right next to the curtains. But #3: the shower needed plumber's tape because half of the water was leaking at the base of the shower head, so it was spraying little more than a trickle. This hotel is one of many beautifully lit (at night) hotels on the street and has friendly staff, but the hotel is badly designed - it was a hassle to stay at.

Good location, but needs re modeling!!!
No coffee in the room... walls of the hotel is so thin that you hear every word of people talking outside.. Loud outside at 1 am and then 3: am . Did get any sleep at all that night...

DON'T STAY HERE, see pics, the 80% is wrong.
Checked in via phone on the outside of the building and a guy gave me keys through a slot - this should've been the first RED FLAG to RUN AWAY!!! The condition of this room (#102) was not at all safe - loose tiles in the bathroom, broken shower faucet - almost cut my finger trying to turn the thing to "shower" and then the faucet wouldn't actually turn off so my husband had to really crank on it to shut the water off (so much for conserving water); took a good 15 min to muster up the courage to get in there in the first place. The power on the wall with the nightstand didn't work at first but came on for 3 hours 44 min at some point according to the clock, and then went off again while I was in the shower... faulty electrical wiring. Wallpaper had been randomly patched in places, ceiling was filthy, window in bathroom was left open and there were bugs on the ceiling (lets hope that is the only place they were). I didn't sleep all night and woke my husband and son up first thing in the morning to get out of there; had my son not been asleep when we got there I would likely have just slept in the car. Gross! No way this place should even charge close to a hundred dollars a night, let alone OVER. Either the ratings are wrong or room #102 has been condemned and the owner wanted to make some extra cash that night. Totally unsafe, should be turned in the the state. *the linens did seem clean, and the guy upstairs didn't actually ever fall through the ceiling... so there is that.

Clean and Friendly
Staff is very nice. Rooms are older, but very clean. Free Wi-fi worked great. Water pressure is pretty slow. Also, no coffee machines in rooms. They do offer free coffee in the front office in the mornings, but I ended up buying a $20 Mr. Coffee at a local store.
