The room was lovely. I was given a junior suite but didn’t need the sofa bed. The staff were really helpful and folded it back for me. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. It is right near Milano centrale station so super convenient to return to the airport. Excellent.

Great stay! Close the central train station. Close to bus stops and tram. Great breakfast and awesome staff. When I come back I will make this hotel the hoke base and travel to varenna, Bellagio and the lake Como region by train.

The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to Milan Central Station. However, the room is very compact and barely has enough space for luggage.

Opposite Milan central station with a mc Donald’s cafes and shops nearby. Great room with mirrors and plugs in perfect position to do makeup and hair. Breakfast view was amazing but selection could be better for the price. Housekeeping were thorough and quick. Larenzo and Pierre had amazing customer service and made checking in delightful.

The place is walking distance to Milano Central, felt safe to walk around. Bathroom sink was too small that when used water is all over the floor. No where to hung towels, used same small bar soap for the 4 nights stay. The place was very good still.
