The location is ideal for navigating Milan. It's just steps away from the main train station and the local subway. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are small like most hotels in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of hotel options in the area, but the standout here is the staff. Particularly Carmen was extremely helpful and kind. Clean rooms and nice staff. Some rooms are bigger than others. We had a small issue at the beginning when we arrived. The room had no hot water for 2days and the AC was not working. We slept with the heat on. We slept with the door open for those two nights. By the morning we made a complaint and the gentle man at the front desk was kind enough to switch our rooms and gave us a room with working AC and hot water for our last night. Pro: so close to the Metro trains. Commuting was easy to and from sight seeing places. Cons: the surrounding area looks sketchy but as any tourist you have to be alert at all times. Overall it was a good experience
