    朝食ブュッフェで、全くコロナの感染対策をしていない。

    朝食ブュッフェで、利用しましたが、全くコロナの感染対策をしていない。 お客同士の間隔も開けず、パティションもないのに、隣同士に詰めて案内するなんて、あり得ない。しかも、他に空いてる席が多くあるのに、わざわざ密になるように、仕向けている。牛丼屋でも、一席ごとにパティションを設置しているのに、この時期、飲食業をやる資格もないかと思う。ビニール手袋を使用させたり、単にポーズだけの感染対策をしてるだけで、全く感染対策がわかっていない。

    快適でした

    あいにくの雨でしたが、地下街から直接チェックインできるので良かったです。朝食会場はコロナ禍なのでビニール手袋でビュッフェ形式、一定の食材は小鉢に分けられていたので、安心して食事できました。

    新しいホテルでオシャレでした。外から見た感じは結構広いと思いましたが実際は結構コンパクトでした。またホワイティ梅田から直結なのも嬉しかったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。

    朝食にひと工夫必要

    朝食会場に行ったら担当者が不在で2分ほどどうして良いかわからず戸惑いました。 やっと担当者が来て幾つか説明を受け、バイキング形式の朝食を取りに行きました。 テーブルを消毒してランチョンマットが敷かれ、おしゃれな感じなのですが、やはりトレーは必要でしょう。 メインディシュの皿、ご飯、味噌汁、その他で6回〜もテーブルを行き来する必要がありました。 トレーがあればほぼ一回で料理をテーブルまで運べます。 オシャレなつもりでしょうが、極めて非効率的だと思います。 そして朝食は10時までとのことだったので、8:45に会場に入りましたが、料理の3分の1位はすでに無くなり、食事中補充もされていませんでした。これは大きな問題でしょう。 フロンの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗で良かったですが、チェックアウト前のこの朝食で1日の気分が落ち込みました。極めて惜しいですね。 あと、部屋のテーブルは極めて小さく、部屋でちょっとした仕事などするには小さすぎると思います。
