NOT WORTH THE MONEY
This hotel tries to be fancy but not achieving their goal. So there is no parking for guests unless you use their $32 valet service. Our studio room actually had unfinished concrete floor throughout. Mini bar fridge leaves no room for us to use. Oh and if you want a Snickers bar, it's $5. Barely room for one person in toilet area, can't even close the door.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Memphis
Fantastic hotel, very spacious and comfortable rooms and most probably the best breakfast I have ever had! Only downsides were that the on-site bar was closed and their restaurant was only serving ‘bar snacks’ so not their full menu. When making the booking; we were looking for a place that could offer both a nice bar for evening drinks as well as a restaurant so it was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t enjoy much of that at the actual hotel as planned. Otherwise, the hotel itself was amazing and would absolutely recommend it!

Lovely hotel but we were overcharged on check out.
We loved the hotel - industrial meets modern. Trolly stops outside to go along Main St ( you need $2 cash for a day pass). The rooms are super cute, bed was comfy and the whole feel of the place was relaxing. My only concern is that on check out, the guy on reception took my card to the back of the area and swiped for more than the bill. I know this as the amont taken came up on my app. The Manager came but just wouldn’t have it and said it was an issue with our bank. It is not. We had to go as we had tickets for Graceland and needed to leave. This is currently unresolved and I’m not happy as they have taken almost $70 over the actual bill. I don’t like the fact that the card was taken away from me and I couldn’t see what was taken. They only printed a receipt when I asked several times. This is not good enough.
