Hotel was nice and clean, front desk staff (Nadia) she was very professional, friendly and polite with guests. Only one thing I didn’t like, I found by accident that the room rate I got through hotels.com was higher than the hotel rate, I.e if I had called the hotel and booked my room I would get lower rate that what hotels.com gave me. I called hotels.com to raise that concern but the costumer service I spoke with was not professional and I was not happy with the way she dealt with the situation

Good overall, pet fee was more than advertised, mentioned it to employees and they just shrugged. Otherwise clean room spacious and perfect for our family. No surveillance of parking lot which made me nervous as we were traveling with expensive bicycles and had them locked in the vehicle.

It was good. Loved the location. It was a walking distance to the mall. But I didn't feel safe sleeping in ground floor with a broken screen and a window that doesn't lock😔
