Good value hotel. Part of group with friendly well trained staff. Good room size & facilities possibly nearing refurb Good location on airport side of city but across road from dry-river park & tranquil 15 mins walk to city centre.

    Needs a good makeover.
Disappointed in the state of the rooms, had to move from first room due to noise outside (not hotels fault), but room was very worn. Changed room slightly cleaner looking, but both rooms badly need spruced up and safes added as a standard and not to be upgraded too at cost!! There was a sewage type smell in rooms really bad on the final day, not sure exactly where this came from. Breakfast was the thing that moved this hotel from 2 star to 3 for me. Location is fine, we took the metro and changed once really easy to do and follow, cost under 5 euros each, taxi back to airport from hotel 15 euros very early morning. We took the 2 day red sightseeing bus at 19 euros just down from hotel and used it as our short break travel, although walk to the old part only around 20 minutes.

A comfortable hotel, which is clean, tidy and well managed. This hotel caters for all budgets and is in an excellent position for getting to all parts of Valencia by public transport. A Taxi from the Airport is around 15 euro each way and on the bus 1.45 euro. The bus is number 150 and stops about half a mile from the hotel. There are plenty of eating places around the Hotel as there is a very large shopping centre on site. Breakfast in the Hotel is 10 euro, but if you go outside and downstairs in the market Breakfast for 2 is around 7 euro depending on what you have. Outside the hotel, there are many bus stops. If you cross the road and catch the 160 for 1.45 euro you can get to the beach which is near the port where the Americas cup was held. The beach is lovely. You can also use the pool on the roof of the hotel and you only pay the lifeguard a 5 euro deposit for each towel you use, this will be returned when you return your towel. The pool towels are RED so do not use your room towel or the lifeguard will get you. Rooms to the rear of the hotel overlook the shopping centre and can be noisy, this stops at 2200hrs. room at the front overlook the main street. If you smoke, the 8th floor rooms are all smoking rooms and only these rooms. All in all we had a lovely stay, walked loads and ate well. You get what you pay for!! Oh, one last thing...a nice little bar is situated on the opposite side of the road to the hotel. Staff are lovely, they do food and drink

    Good value for money
A modern, high rise building it's ideal for those who choose to travel to Valencia from Alicante by coach as the main bus depot is just ten minutes walk away. It's also well placed for access to the old town which lies within this sprawling metropolis ( much of it defaced with graffiti I'm sad to say ). If you fancy a day at the beach or a visit to the science park the number 2 bus, which stops right out side the hotel, will take you straight there. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful and the place was very clean and tidy throughout. The hotel has two bars and a restaurant. The restaurant and one of the bars can be found on the ground floor while the second bar is on the top floor, offering the guests some good all round views of the city. There is even a small swimming pool above that but we found it too breezy and frankly felt that it could do with an upgrade. Our room was spacious and came with a decent bath/shower en-suite. There was a good sized telly and a mall fridge. The beds were a bit too firm for me and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. However, the air conditioning was excellent and at the time of year we were staying (Sept) you certainly need it. For a budget hotel we felt is was good value for money and would be happy to stay there again.
