Not as good as it once was
I usually stay here when I am traveling to Reno, but lately I have been thinking about staying somewhere else. I checked in Friday evening. I understand that is a busy part of the day on a regular basis. There were only two people working the front desk. They do have 4 check in kiosks, which is nice for those of us who don't mind/prefer using that type of thing but unfortunately, only 2 were functioning. I skipped ahead and used the kiosk, it was very seamless and got me checked in in a very timely manner. I stayed in the resort tower. There was a line of about 45 people waiting to use the elevator. only 2 out of the 6 were functioning. It took me 45 minutes just to get to my room. At check out the next day, there were 3 out of the six working, but I still had to wait a considerable amount of time to get to the lobby. Valet is not available, but they do give you 30 minutes to park in the valet area to get checked in. After that, they threaten to have you towed even though there were vehicles that I saw while checking in that were still there the next day at check out. When I asked someone about parking there, they were quite rude explaining that I would be towed, but some vehicles/patrons get special treatment. Maybe those cars belonged to High Rollers, but I stay there often, I gamble every time I am there, but since I choose not to use a players club card I don't get the same treatment as the ones who do.
