Thin walls and doors
Great location and good staff. The problem with this hotel is the thin walls and doors. You can hear the staff and other guests speak and shower and having meetings. Late at night and early in the morning. So its hard to sleep.

Absolute worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I will be writing a complaint to management as there was no announcement that the hotel was under construction. The whole day it was like a construction sight with the fire alarm going off constantly

Amazing service, clean hotel, friendly staff and comfortable bed and pillows. I thought I saw a spider in the restroom (turned out it was lent lol) so I called the front desk and maintenance showed up within one minute. I was so impressed with their sense of urgency. We had a beautiful view. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk gave us a map and recommended things to do which was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again in the same room.

A REAL welcome.
Villa Real Hotel is a lovely hotel located in a great spot in Madrid. Around the corner to everything you want to visit while on holidays and amongst a lively restaurant and bar area. The staff are super welcoming and helpful and you feel that you are treated like a rock star, from complimentary champagne on arrival to chocolate and turn down service. We got an upgrade to a spilt level garden terrace suite. Would stay there again if we get the chance to visit Madrid again.

Five-star facility with a great view, service and location. Stayed there for two nights on vacation at the year’s end. Prado museum, the royal palace and the Sol square are within 10-minute distance on foot. The room interior is superb.
