Great location and facilities
It was a great stay basically. One thing that I feel uncomfortable was the hotel asked to pay additional fee for a child. I believe that it is because of lack of communication bw the hotel and hotels.com but took some time during check-in.

Hotel room is not big. Original design of the restaurant is not big, furthermore they removed many table due to covid-19 issue. They also changed the breakfast from buffet style to bento type of serving, most people can only take the bento and have them inside the room (ie. rate for room incl breakfast is not worth for money). All these were not mentioned during the booking.

I reserved the standard twin which I think is the smallest room type, but the room was still very spacious, bigger than rooms we usually see in Japan. The design is modern and comfy, and the amenities are very decent. There is osen for people who like that and food are very good and not pricey too. The best part was the Fuji mountain view. It's worth every penny for this upgrade, which was only like $10 or $20 bucks per day. Will definitely come back.
