This hotel was good for my 2 nights. My check in was fast and easy. Very great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Awesome view of the falls. Bed was firm. AC works well. The room and view were great! There were a lot of ladybugs in the bedroom for what ever reason though, like literally 20. The in hotel restaurant is an absolute avoid though. Spent 150 on the first meal for the two of us and it tasted microwaved but was edible. The drinks were good but overpriced (it’s a hotel after all). We made the mistake of going for breakfast the next day as well and the sausage was actually vile, I only had a bite and felt nauseous for the next few hours. Eggs were fine though. Go for the view but avoid the food there. Didn’t use the pool to anything as the bathtub in our room was huge! Loved it!

The stay was nice however these concerns could be looked into: - the room provided was dark as it only have the hallway light and a side table light - my daughter found a water bottle not from us under the cabinet - the bath tub could have been redone as there is rust forming in the tub -i feel the showerhead needs to be upgraded. I would return but for the staff, not the room. I was very appreciative they were able to accommodate the rooms to be side by side. Thank you
