Great location and good service Midtown East NYC
Stayed overnight here for a holiday party with my wife. Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Nice room on 4th floor--very large by NYC standards. Valet parking was fast in/out and we enjoyed a late breakfast downstairs. Overall, job well done.

If you want a no frill no service stay this is the hotel for you. The doorman was CONSTANTLY texting every day and into the early evening during his shift. Never looked up never said good morning and never open the door or helped with luggage unless asked! There is no room service. There is a daily breakfast located in the restaurant called, “prime cut“. The service there is not friendly and the food at breakfast is mediocre at best with under cooked bacon and sausages and staff That could care less. The restaurant leases a space from the hotel and a breakfast is included with your stay. The restaurant is closed on Sundays which is inconvenient and the bar closes at 11 PM… I came in one night after a show at 10:45 PM and the bartender had already announced last call. The restaurant manager did allow me to order a drink and when he told the bartender they had an argument about it… It was very uncomfortable… From my room I asked for ice A couple of times and the wait was about 15 to 20 minutes and the person delivering it was not happy....I would never stay there again. I stayed At the hotel for seven days, by the way.

Great large room and fabulous location. Limited variety at breakfast.

Disappointing and inexcusable hotel stay
The Hotel description on doesn’t reflex that the hotel is a co-op property and each unit is privately owned and amenities are controlled by the owners. Room 808 did not have coffee, tea, water, slippers, robes or even Kleenex as described on Pet allergies were immediately activated when my husband and I stepped into the room— throat swelling, itchy eyes, runny nose. Upon calling the front desk, the night clerk stated that ALL the units were pet friendly and changing units would be useless. The hotel description states pets are restricted to certain areas— not accurate as per front desk. Be warned if you have allergies to pets or dust. Also, the televisions were difficult to operate and had extremely limited channels A television operating manual or channel guide were absent in the unit. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, the offerings ran out constantly and guests were left waiting for items. At a $600/ night room rate, this stay was completely inexcusable and disappointing. We will not return to this hotel on any future trips to NYC.

Thought it was overpriced. Rooms are a bit tired So for $500 night you are paying for location Breakfast fair to good if you like bacon and sausage Bar looked fantastic don’t know if it was ever open. Would not stay again, we go to nyc at least twice a year
