The place is very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. They catered to our needs and were friendly throughout. The rooms were excellent and there was nothing that was amiss. Highly recommend this boutique hotel resort.

This is by far my worst experience at a hotel EVER. Me and my girlfriend checked in at midnight and the room was full of DEAD INSECT EVERYWHERE, even in the bed. We were chocked and demanded to be moved to another. Also in the other room there was a big problem with insects. We would have moved to another hotel the first second if it were not in the middle of the night. We tried to make the best of situation and asked the staff to clean the room and change all the sheets. However not even that cleaning was made properly. When we asked if the sheet were new and clean the staff, after a while, confessed that the sheets came from the old room, where there been insects all over the bed. We once again demanded new and clean sheets. However, all the ”clean” sheets they brought from the laundary room full of yellow stains and fat stains. We looked at 5 different sheets to find one that was relatively clean. This whole process took around 1,5 hour and at this point we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. In addition to this, there was a really bad smell in the room and the water pressure is non existant. Next morning when we talked to the manager he was rude when we told him about all the problems. After a while, he agreed we would get our money back. However, turns out that once we left the hotel and started the refund-process he tried to stop the process. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager really needs to improve his service. Plz see picture
