    Save time, money and stress, skip this one.

    The reason we chose this place was for the park, stay, and fly. The parking lot was over crowded. We had to pay extra for more than 3 days parking. Had to call to get the shuttle from the airport 2 times. They do not run at regular intervals. The room was fine, but I ended up spending extra to park there. Next time I will give the airport parking my money.

    Disappointed stay

    No fresh water. No fountain. I had to go out and buy water from a nearby gas station. The shuttle bus starts at 4am. However, when I asked for the bus start time around 11pm, the guy at front desk said the bus is available in ten minutes whenever a guest comes down. I specifically asked if at 3am. He said yes. When I came down at 3:10am, I was told the bus opens door at 4am and leaves around 4:10am. I had to wait in the lobby for one hour. Very disappointed.

    Half and Half

    When I called for a shuttle from the Airport, nobody answered the phone call. I Then called Hampton main phone and they couldn’t reach hotel either. Representative then told me to take an Uber or Lift. When I told the Hilton shuttle driver at the Airport what happened He drove us to the Hotel and We gave Him good tip. “Cat” the night manager there was excellent. Our room phone wasn’t working. She made sure and drove us to our early morning flight at the airport. She was very helpful and printed our boarding passes too.

    Clean but problems

    The water pressure was so weak you could not shower and the tv kept buffering constantly while trying to watch. Very frustrating. No coffee at 4:30 am for early flight.

    We just stopped to sleep. Made the reservations shortly before we arrived but, one of the televisions didn’t work. We were told how to reset it. Not a big deal. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. We had to go down and ask. There weren’t enough towels for showers in the morning. We had to ask for them. Also, not a big deal. We were just tired and the young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. Last thing, there was a closet door that wouldn’t shut. That irritated me a bit.

    We had a good stay with some minor issues

    Overall we had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Nashville. The room appeared neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our room did have a few issues though. There was a wet spot on the carpet near the air conditioning unit and everything we put in the refrigerator ended up frozen. We were able to use the free airport shuttle service even though our flight arrived late and our departing flight was very early in the morning. We were very grateful for this service. It was one of the main reasons we booked our stay at this hotel.
