Toilet was clogged when we arrived, two towls and wash clothes for a party of 4, not prepaired for pull out bedding. Finally, the breakfast served at ES is one of the main reasons to stay, it is now down to begels and yogurt. I would guess the breakfast was due to covid restrictions, but one of the crown gems of staing at an ES. I have stayed at embassy suites many times, worse one evver.

Easy contactless check in. Very clean room, the bedroom was hot and could not get it cool down. Otherwise it was a great experience!

We frequent the Embassy Suites a lot when we travel. They were not prepared we did not have clean towels after being out all day. We did not have covering for the sleeper sofa as well. We are extremely disappointed in our stay. We had a booking at Hampton Inn & Suites and I deeply regret canceling the booking .

Hotel lobby is very nice. The hallways, rooms and elevator areas were all very outdated and dirty. Our room and bed linens were very musty smelling, not fresh. The carpet around the edges were dirty and dusty. I had to call housekeeping to come vacuum. The desk/table was very wobbly and we didn’t use it because it looked like it was going to fall over. The sofa bed had stains on it and there was dust and dirt on the fan in the bathroom and the switch plates were dirty. It would be a very nice hotel if it was updated-painted a deep clean and newer furniture.

Family stay- not likely to stay here again
Overall, this was a very underwhelming stay. The atrium is in great shape, feels great when you enter the property. The staff at the front desk was great as well. However, when we entered our room, we found less than optimal cleanliness (especially concerning during COVID-era). The desk was literally on it’s last legs, and was about to fall over. A quick look across the suite and we just noticed that most things seemed to be very worn out. We also could hear every step anyone took outside, which was a little annoying at bed time.
