Lovely welcome bad stay

Loved the friendliness of the employee’s. The only thing which really bothered us was the people that were staying in the room above us because they were walking and dragging chairs around the room the entire night. We did not want to be a bother to the employees because of how friendly and welcoming they were to us. There should just be a time set for people to go to sleep by and not be making much noise because that was the only thing which was a bother to us. We felt welcomed overall so that was the only thing which I would have to say that we really did enjoy. We were even helped to get all of our essentials and to get our t.v to work when we were having problems with it. So I would have to say, we loved our welcome but disliked our stay.
