They have upgraded rooms and they look nice even before they did as well. Front desk attendants are friendly and professional. Buffet is well worth your money and they have great food. I would recommend a little play area for the kids though but my kids were happy they had Netflix lol. Thank you guys for your awesome hospitality I will visit with my family soon 😊

      Disappointed.

Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had. The neighbors were loud all night even after I called security, our room shakes from the trains, and none of the amenities the manager offered were extended to us. Bed is decent. Room was very clean otherwise. I won’t be staying here anymore

      What a cruel trick

We stayed for one night on our way down to Mammoth. The pictures look great! The room we got was in a different tower? We got one that had a used needle in it and all the furniture looks like it survived the war. Luckily it was in the smoking block so at least we smelled terrible when we left. We both slept with our clothes on if that helps anyone.

      Hotel of Horrors

This stay has been the worst stay ever. There is no hot water so can’t take one. The heater is broken and the windows let in the cold so we huddled in one bed all night for warmth. One of our two rooms smelled of cigarettes so badly it caused my son an asthma attack. We had to buy air freshener to even try to enter the room complete waste of money for a room. The carpet outside the rooms has got a fat ripple and I tripped on it a few times one time falling and dislocating my knee. I have multiple health issues including cancer I am not pleased. This was supposed to be a quick trip to forget about all my health problems but it has made everything worse.

      Okay, just okay

Wasn't as clean as I expected based on the star rating. The smell of smoke permeated to the upstairs hallways, but did not smell in the room. It's okay, just okay. Still a step above a crappy motel

Not sure we will be back

Everything was good like always until 1 security guard told me I have to wear my mask while I was playing even when I’m drinking and had a chew in my mouth and was spitting in a cup. Every other guard and employee seen me didn’t say anything but said nice shirt. But the one person said my shirt was offensive to him so my “Lets Go Brandon” shirt hurt his feeling so he gets to harass me at 230am playing a game and no one else was around besides 4 people standing without a mask on laughing and talking didn’t even talk to them just me. Told him freedom of speech u don’t like it call ur boss. I cashed out my 300 bucks went back to my room. Might not come back here we been here many times over the years now I’m not so sure I’ll be back. Guess I’ll pay extra and stay a silver legacy where they don’t bother you about ur mask!
