Amazing & cosy

Great location within the airport which has many shops and eateries Walking distance to all other terminals Clean and compact hotel with good value The other part which is was inconvenient was there they cannot store your suitcase for you if you are waiting to check in.

Booked 3 queen rooms for 2 nights for 6 of us. One of the rooms 209 had a slight unpleasant smell and corners of carpets not very clean but I didn't complain as it was tolerable and I didn't spend much time in the room. The other 2 were OK. Expect a very small sized room where there is barely any standing room, and one rectangular space under the bed that you can probably slide in a 24 inch luggage. Service was courteous and prompt. The highlight of yotel has to be the location where you can rest while exploring Jewel attractions and many wonderful places to dine in. Guests can book 1 for 1 package to canopy park for bundle 1 and 3, by just flashing the room card. Overall, had a very pleasant stay at a great location for the price of a budget hotel in Singapore.

Hotel is very compact and comfortable. Allows you to experience first class cabin feel in an aircraft, but comes with own shower facilities. No fancy stuff but adequate for a short stay. With the close proximity to the jewel shopping at the door step, it can't can't any better. After all, you have the best man made waterfall right in front of you, all the great food to eat in the world . All within walking steps. Loved it!!

No frills, pleasant stay.

Service is very poor and dead like the robots featured. Free or discounted parking not offered. Nothing fancy. People come here just for the experience or convenience, and won't come again.

In comparison with Yotel Orchard which I have stayed thrice, this YotelAir is better in its own ways. Food and shopping is a lot more convenient here. Size of room, I would go with the former. Though it's not much bigger than the latter, but the bathroom (somewhat used to be a balcony) is but of cos bigger and with a view. Best is for solo or couple. If you have kids in tow and expects a room that is as big as your own bedroom, then skip this. It's not for you. Personally to me it's cosy and quiet which serves the purpose of my stay. Checking in and out was acceptable. Though not very friendly but not cold or rude either. Was declined for free late check out as the hotel do not practise such privilege. Paid for $10 an hour for late check out which I was given slightly later than the two hours I paid for. Was kinda turned off by the no laundry service as I came from work and planned for my uniform to be sent for laundry. Turned off again by the fact that guest cannot leave their baggages/bags at the reception as the hotel do not offer such services. No coffee/tea maker in the room but it's available at the 'lobby' which you must seek assistance (aka permission) from the staff to obtain a cuppa from the coffee machine. Would I be back here? Likely yes cos it's a perfect pit stop if you have plans for shopping spree, eating out and return to the room to take a breather and continue again, this is place.

We enjoyed our first staycation at Yotel. The room was very clean. The staff had excellent service attitude. We also like the many TV channels.

The hotel is in Changi Airport (Jewel to be precise) and would be useful for travellers taking early departure or late arrival flight. That said, the room is relatively small and only has TV as amenities. There's no fridge and safe.
