We read reviews after we booked and were concerned, but it was clean and the location was good for us. Busy street with nouse, but when the window was shut it was pretty quiet

Zwar sauber und gutes Bett aber sonst sehr einfach. Tür nicht dicht, einfaches Schloss, Tür verglast und mit Papier zugehängt. Schlechte Anfahrt mit Auto, da direkt an der Durchgangsstraße und Kreuzung. Wie soll man da sein Geüäck ausladen ? Haus könnte mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen, damit der Geamteindruck nich so schäbig ist. Außentreppen unregelmäßig, Geländer unten durchgerostet und wackelig. Für eine Nacht erträglich.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy hotel
This hotel surprised us positively! We came late in the evening and only booked the room when we arrived to Passau and everything went great! We received immediately a code to the key box, perfect service :) The room as well as the kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly clean. It is true that there is a very busy fourlane street right before the hotel, however, we didn't feel that it was too noisy. We had a great night's sleep :)
