We spent just over a week at this property, over all a great experience. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms offered privacy and comfortability with an amazing view of the water. Their on site dinning was amazing and offered a fair selection of food choices. My wife, whom has several food allergies, was pleasantly surprised that their cooks would happily find ways to work around her food allergies. Overall we loved our stay and are planning on visiting Sea Side Chateau again on our next trip though.

We stayed in Breadfruit Cabana, which was wonderful. There were some little ants as mentioned in previous reviews, BUT I would note that we stayed in three separate places throughout Belize and these were found in every single one, so I do not fault Seaside about this at all. They were accommodating (not proactive though, so just remember to reach out with needs), kind and patient with any needs we had and reached out regularly while stayed to ensure we had things we needed. Bed was comfortable, my teen said he thinks that the futon was hard but he slept like a rock each night anyways. As far as the restaurant, we only at there twice and it was for breakfast each time. The first time we got the continental, and it was so delightful. Then we ordered breakfast and got some extra stuff, totally worth it. Lunch looked good, but we were never on property during the middle of the days. We did attempt to get dinner a couple times, but weren't successful. There was a large group there at the same time and they seemed to have had an agreement for private events for dinner. The grounds were fantastic and I have nothing but positives regarding that. The pool was a nice temperature, the hammocks were in great locations, the kayaks were a nice addition, etc. There were some guard dogs there who were just the sweetest to us. There is an iguana that lives by the pool, appears to not mess with people and was a cute accidental addition to the whole vibe.

Great place to stay, close to the airport and beautiful location on the water. Loved our little Chateau! 24hr game room with a pool table and large screen tv. Amazing pool and hammocks by the water. Restaurant onsite and airport shuttle available for a small fee. Friendly and helpful staff!
