Good pool; housekeeping so-so
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were not as clean as I would expect. Our group booked nine rooms total, and each family found trash, dust or dirty surfaces in their room. The common areas were clean, though.

Good hotel and close to highway. Only issue was light in entry of room didn’t work and we weren’t allowed to leave our crated dog in the room while we were gone.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Boxed breakfast items due to Covid were fine. Pool and hot tub were open, warm and clean. Kids had fun. Like most hotels doors bang loudly so a sound machine might be ideal if you’re a light sleeper. Our fridge didn’t work and they quickly replaced it for us.

Very Dirty
Overall experience was not good, came in late at night, like 11:30 and went right to bed without much inspection. The next morning found stains on all sheets and towels, hand prints on headboards, what looked like blood on table surfaces and well and mysterious drips throughout. The shower was moldy and also dirty, wooden furniture was beat up and looked chipped and damaged. Not a good visit at all. Spoke with the woman at the front counter the next morning, voiced my concerns, she said she would refund hotels.com 50%, come to find out, hotels.com makes up the room by $48. And I’ll only get $50 back. No apology from the lady at the desk. I need someone from hotels.com to contact me and let me know how to get my refund. I wish I had my wife’s phone because I would be happy to upload the photos she took. Looking to hear back soon.
