Smokey room
The room smelled of smoke and when I called the front desk they did not have another room available. Beds were comfortable the breakfast and good and the people were very nice and helpful when they could be.

I will never stay at another Quality Inn
This hotel was awful. Upon entering my room, there was a strong smell of bleach. When I took my shoes off, I discovered that the carpet was wet. An employee came to check it out but told me there was nothing she could do because they were fully booked. When I went back to the room later, the bleach smell had dissipated but was replaced with the smell of wet dog. I would expect this type of experience at a lower priced hotel, but I spent $180 for one night in a terrible place.

Horrible smell in the room. There was a large group celebrating someone’s 21st birthday and they were incredibly loud very late into the night. They used the activity room which is next to the front desk, so there’s no way they didn’t hear them. I guess the “quiet hours” are just a suggestion. Will not go back to the hotel
