When I arrived there was a line of people waiting to see if they had openings. They were one of the few hotels open this time of the year in October. I had to wait about 20 minutes. There were people who had checked in and had problems with keys and needed to be helped. They had a restaurant that is located on the property. Breakfast was not free. Beds had mattress toppers that moved around while you slept. I paid alot of money and felt it was not worth the money I had spent.

The bathroom had mold in it and the corner ceiling had a previous water leak and looks like it just keeps getting repainted but you can still see the damage. Wanted an extra fee for clean towels the following day. Location is great for access to the park but for the price you pay for the room not worth it

Great location to visit Yellowstone NP, easy and close access to the park via West entrance. No complementary breakfast, we paid $46 for 4 egg muffins and 4 coffee.

It is a great option to stay close to all yellowstone park main points of interest. While all the lodges inside yellowstone were sold out or closed, the small town of West yellostone give tou that option.

Right next to Yellowstone Vacation Tours, and only a mile away from Yellowstone National Park West Entrance. Had a great stay. Try the chili at the Branch Restaurant, and the Huckleberry Ice Cream! A real treat.

Stayed at other hotels in area. The Holiday Inn West Yellowstone is the best! Will always stay here when visiting the park.
