Brilliant experience
Amazing Service, staff are so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. On the day of flying to the UK my partner realised he hadn’t correctly completed the Covid Thai pass and he spoke to the hotel and they went above and beyond and got this approved for us which is unheard of getting so quickly approved, had we not had the help from the hotel we wouldn’t had been able to fly. Other than that the hotel is modern, clean and a real pleasure to stay in.

Everything from restaurant, gym, pools, room etc etc is excellent. Pre arrival communication with the reservation staff is difficult.

I have been extremely satisfied with my stay at this resort: rooms are clean and spacious; staff is friendly and courteous; restaurants serve high quality dishes at very reasonable prices; and the fitness center is absolutely benchmark. And by the way, if you are doing remote work, you will have no issues with internet speed and reliability!
